RE: windsheild covers

We had sunscreens and then did away with them. For privacy we now have cafe curtains (24") on spring rods each windshield. This way we have lots of light coming in but folks from outside can only see the top of our cabinets.

RE: A best friend

So sorry. We understand the joy our furry friends can bring. NEVER let go of those memories. Cherish them and warm your heart with them.

A-R-R-R-GH - THE DREADED RED X

Using Windows XP. Have AOL for on-line e-mail etc. Have not had any real problems until just recently. Now, all of a sudden, when folks send me e-mails with pictures embedded, all I get are a RED X instead of the photo. Right clicking on the x and selecting "show picture" does not remedy the situation. Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Please don't suggest leaving AOL. We have been using it for at least 15 years (since the day of dial-up) and are pretty set in our ways. Thanks for any help.

RE: I do not know if i can go camping after my wife passed away

Our condolences on your loss. As for future camping perhaps it is wise to sit and reflect on what your dear departed wife would want you to do. I'd guess she would not want you to stop living. As time goes on you may find that you want to camp again. As a "thing to do" while camping, reflect on all the wonderful times you shared. Then, in the dirt somewhere, use a stick and write her name. She will be watching and know that even though you are camping alone, you are not alone, she is with you, albeit in thought and spirit.

RE: Help on ant problem

There is a product on the market called Home Defense and it's big blurb is kill bugs inside, keep bugs outside. Had a lot of ants in a National Forest in Washington state and used the product. Sprayed it around the perimiter and ants wouldn't even go on the patio mat. Supposedly it is just as effective inside except it kills them

RE: Wooden Blinds

Replaced all the day/night shades in our coach with 2" ivory wooden blinds from American Blinds. What a wonderful thing we did!! We now find that we open up the coach more now because it is much easier. Blinds have a clip at the bottom that holds them steady while traveling with no subsequent rattles. We even used the feature in American Blinds that had a local rep come and measure and install the blinds. So happy we did it

RE: * * * MICE!!! * * *

D-Con is the best method we have used. Had them for the first time in a national forest in WA state. D-con zaps them. Causes them to actually dry out from the inside. No odor and they actually muffify

RE: Sad, sad day for my DW and me

I'm sure your beloved friend is better off. Imagine that dear pet saying: If I Should Grow Frail If it should be that I grow frail and weak and pain does keep me from my sleep, Then will you do what must be done for this - the last battle - can't be won. You will be sad I understand but don't let grief then stay your hand. For on this day, more than the rest your love and friendship must stand the test. We have had so many happy years, you wouldn't want me to suffer so. when the time comes, please, let me go. Take me to where my needs they'll tend, only, stay with me till the end. And hold me firm and speak to me until my eyes no longer see. I know in time you will agree it is a kindness you do to me. Although my tail its last has waved, from pain and suffering I have been saved. Don't grieve that it must now be you who has to decide this thing to do. we've been so close - we two -these years, don't let your heart hold any tears. Author Unknown

RE: Need Steps for sitting stationary

Check out sunriservproducts.com. Have a friend who purchased one of these and I must admit it is a smart addition to his rig. Cost doesn't seem too prohibitive when you see the quality of the product.

RE: Trying to find a glass cleaner that WORKS!!!

We have found Inviible Glass to be the best produc we have used to date. Just be sure not to use any type cleaner in the direct sun or on a hot window. It seems to dry before it can even clean

Left click on the picture and drag the cursor over it. Then in "edit" at the top click copy. Go to your e-mail message and click edit then paste. Voila!! It's there

RE: Hi Heat Cummins 8.3

Had the same problem on our last coach. Two items that corrected the problem. First was new air cleaner, then cleaned the engine side of the radiator. Oh...we also had the cooling system drained, flushed and new coolant put in

Buddy List

It is time to cull my buddy list. Heck, some of the people aren't here anymore. Do you have to individually delete them, or can you do a mass delete?
